Payment and Security
Checkout on this store is hosted and secured by Shopify. When you place an order, the payment step runs on Shopify infrastructure rather than on anything we built ourselves, and that is the most important thing to know about how your details are handled here.
Your card details
Card information entered at checkout goes to Shopify and its payment processors. It does not reach us directly, and we never see or store a full card number. What we see on our side is the order itself: what was bought, where it is going, and confirmation that payment was taken. The connection to the checkout page is encrypted, which is what the padlock in your browser bar indicates.
Payment methods
A Shopify checkout commonly accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. It also supports accelerated wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, along with the buy now and pay later options Shopify makes available in a given region. The exact list you are offered depends on your country and your device, so treat the options shown on the payment step as the accurate ones for you.
Raising a billing question
If a charge looks wrong, if you appear to have been charged twice, or if you see an amount you do not recognise, contact us through our contact page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We can see the order record and the payment confirmation attached to it, and we will work through it with you.
For anything that sits with your bank or card issuer, such as a hold on funds or a card being declined at checkout, your bank will have detail that we cannot see. It is worth contacting them alongside us so the two answers line up.
